В Chisinau-Gaz и Moldova-Gaz часто крутится один армянин (представляется Самвелом), который с радостью готов помочь подключить газ (сделать проект, писать за Вас все необходимые заявления, контролировать прохождение всех необходимых проверок - т.е." all inclusive") за кругленькую сумму с тремя нулями за 1 месяц. Хвалился, что у него все везде схвачено, и нас минуют все бюрократические заморочки и очереди. По смете было видно, что цены чуть-чуть, а иногда - вдвое, завышены (на материалы, проект, услуги и пр.), но времени заниматься самой коммуникациями не было, а подключать газ было необходимо очень быстро... Итак, мы согласились на его условия.
Теперь неприятноеЖ
Возникли непредвиденные дополнительные расходы, т.к. через месяц выяснилось, что итоговая сумма по смете была посчитана неправильно (ошибка не в плюс моему карману всего в 100 Евро ) ;
Несколько раз он терял копии документов, приходилось дублировать, что затягивало время;
Позже мы выяснили Тех.Условия нам бы выдали на две недели раньше, если бы мы шли в общем порядке и сами написали бы заявления, а не по "быстрому" блату;
"Аэрофлот" и авиакомпания Air Moldova заключили специальное прорейтинговое соглашение, которое вступит в силу с 1 июля 2009 года. Piaţa muncii: În 10-15 ani Moldova va pierde definitiv avantajul forţei de muncă;
• Ce înseamnă să fii un bun angajator;

• Microfinanţarea ar putea să profite de înăsprirea normelor de activitate pentru băncile comerciale;
• 2,2 miliarde de euro – preţul ce trebuie plătit pentru o infrastructură dezvoltată de alimentare cu apă şi canalizare;
• Moldova mai rămâne să fie croitorul şi cizmarul Vestului, deşi îşi doreşte o altă soartă;
• Privind dincolo de reduceri;
• Cum gestionezi un război al preţurilor?
Potenialul turistic al Republicii Moldova este necunoscut sau subestimat... i de aceea ignorat, chiar dac este var i majoritatea dintre noi ne gndim la vacan, iar antreprenorii din turism culeg roadele sezonului estival.
Şi asta este doar una din cele 22 de zone turistice de interes naţional, care, din păcate, cu adevărat sunt într-o delăsare aparent fără nici o perspectivă de relansare. Însă, după cum este cunoscut, aparenţele înşeală. Încercaţi să găsiţi un teren liber pentru o afacere turistică în zonele cândva agreate de cei peste 2 mil. de turişti şi vizitatori estivali din republicile ex-sovietice până în 1989. Nu cred că veţi găsi uşor. Aceasta pentru că antreprenorii văd o oportunitate clară de a investi. Şi rareori pentru schimbarea destinaţiei locaţiilor. Acestea vor rămâne în continuare cu funcţionalitate turistică. Autorităţile locale sunt deschise pentru asemenea proiecte comerciale de turism pentru locurile de odihnă. De ce nu, dacă aduce venituri pentru dezvoltarea locală.
Vadul lui Vodă, de exemplu îşi formează bugetul, ca şi Ciprul, la 40% din turism. Pe parcursul ultimului an în cadrul proiectului „Dezvoltarea capacităţilor investiţionale în zona turistică Hânceşti-Leuşeni” au avut loc mai multe activităţi pentru pregătirea administraţiilor publice locale, agenţilor economici pentru atragerea investiţiilor în raionul Hânceşti. Astfel, au fost organizate două Forumuri investiţionale cu participarea administraţiei publice centrale şi a administraţiei publice locale, agenţilor economici locali şi naţionali, invitaţilor străini, care au determinat gradul de interes faţă de anumite locaţii turistice. În România au fost organizate trei studii de vizită pentru analiza unor modele concrete de afaceri de succes în turism.
Dar, asemeni afaceri de succes sunt şi în Moldova. De exemplu, în raza de 30 km de la Cahul descoperim un hotel în centrul istoric într-un edificiu de 5 pe 17 metri, un fost cămin reamenajat în unitate de cazare de 3 stele, o porţiune de pădure în stepa Bugeacului transformată de săteni în zonă de odihnă şi întreţinută de primărie, şcoală de meşteşuguri tradiţionale care în mare parte lucrează pentru export, muzee transformate în centre de informare turistică etc.
Să revenim la Vadul lui Vodă, unde anual se vând peste jumătate de milion de cazări, iar numărul de locuri de cazare este mai mare decât... în celebra staţiune Soci din Rusia. Şi atenţie, în staţiune toate imobilele sunt construite şi funcţionează pe teren public, pentru care se plăteşte anual taxe de arendă şi amenajare a teritoriului (2-5% din valoarea terenului). Acest fapt nu este o barieră în faţa antreprenorilor de aici, aşa cum se crede prin alte părţi. Un bun exemplu cum o zonă turistică, chiar şi ne fiind administrată, se dezvoltă datorită spiritului de antreprenor şi parteneriatului cu primăria. Totodată, în raionul Criuleni autorităţile sunt serios puse pe lucru pentru pe a crea o zonă turistică riverană ca o alternativă pentru Vadul lui Vodă, iar micii antreprenori au deschis deja câteva pensiuni turistice care de câţiva ani deservesc turişti străini.
Baza de odihn „Vadul lui Vod”, situat pe malul rului Nistru, n localitatea cu aceeai denumire, este n prezent cea mai mare locaie de acest fel din ar.
Astfel, din a doua jumătate a anului viitor, în satul Slobozia-Duşca, raionul Criuleni, vor începe lucrările de construcţie a unei baze de odihnă similare celei de la „Vadul lui Vodă”, cu denumirea generică „Mărgăritarele Nistrului”. Ideea acestui proiect a apărut acum vreo patru luni şi aparţine consiliului raional Criuleni. „În prezent, au fost parcurse deja toate formalităţile şi rămâne doar ca proiectul să fie aprobat de administraţia centrală. Or, „Mărgăritarele Nistrului” va fi o zonă turistică naţională şi, respectiv, ţine de competenţa administraţiei centrale să aprobe proiectul respectiv”, ne-a menţionat Parascovia Munteanu, specialist principal în domeniul turismului în cadrul Consiliul raional Criuleni.
„Mărgăritarele Nistrului”.
Baza de odihnă “Mărgăritarele Nistrului” va fi amplasată pe o suprafaţă de 42 de hectare şi va fi situată în localitatea Slobozia-Duşca, pe malul râului Nistru. „În acest loc este destul de favorabil de a fi deschisă o bază turistică, deoarece este o zonă împădurită, iar în apropiere se află ape curative. De asemenea, infrastructura naţională este prezentă până în această localitate, astfel, baza de odihnă va fi asigurată cu gaze naturale, electricitate, iar reţeaua de drumuri spre viitoare bază de odihnă este într-o stare bună. Totodată, populaţia va fi interesată să opteze în favoarea noii zone de odihnă, cu atât mai mult cu cât distanţa de la Chişinău şi până la „Mărgăritarele Nistrului” este practic aceeaşi ca şi până la „Vadul lui Vodă”, precizează Gabriel Mărgineanu, director interimar al Agenţiei pentru administrarea zonelor turistice naţionale din cadrul Ministerului Culturii şi Turismului.
Investiţii
Proiectul prevede investiţii iniţiale de minimum 2 mil. de euro, iar o eventuală creştere a investiţiilor va fi decisă de agentul economic ce va fi selectat prin concurs pentru a construi noua staţiune turistică. Pe teritoriul „Mărgăritarelor Nistrului” urmează să fie construite 500 de case de odihnă, unele dintre acestea vor fi de lux, altele mai simple - destinate persoanelor cu venituri mai mici. Capacitatea întregii baze de odihnă va fi de circa 4 mii de locuri de cazare. Totodată, această zonă va fi una ecologică, iar pe teritoriul acesteia circulaţia va fi admisă doar cu electromobilele.
În ceea ce priveşte investitorii, până în prezent mai mulţi agenţi economici s-au arătat interesaţi de acest proiect. „Deocamdată, nu putem spune un nume concret, deoarece acesta va fi făcut public ulterior după ce va fi selectat prin concurs de o comisie creată special în acest sens”, a comunicat Gabriel Mărgineanu.
Interesul turiştilor pentru această zonă va fi sporit şi de faptul că prin apropiere trece cea mai veche şosea din Basarabia şi sunt situate mai multe monumente turistice.
Cum rămâne cu “Vadul lui Vodă”.
Acest complex turistic are o suprafaţă de agrement de peste 80 de hectare, dar în total cu pădurile din zonă, suprafaţa depăşeşte 580 de hectare. Zonă de odihnă cuprinde circa 10 mii de locuri de cazare, dintre care 3 mii sunt destinate copiilor, prin intermediul taberelor pentru copii amplasate pe teritoriul acestei zone.
Iurie Onofreiciuc, primar al localităţii Vadul lui Vodă, ne-a menţionat că pe lângă persoanele cazate, pe plajă zilnic se mai odihnesc, în medie, 25 de mii de vizitatori, ceea ce provoacă o supraaglomerare. Ţinând cont de condiţiile de cazare, ofertele variază între 60 de lei şi 500 de lei/zi pentru o persoană. O asemenea bază turistică aduce un venit anual de 40% din bugetul local, ceea ce s-ar cifra la circa 2,4 mil. de lei.
În prezent, baza de odihnă ,,Vadul lui Vodă” necesită investiţii mari pentru a deveni mai modernă şi mai atractivă pentru vizitatori. De aceea actualmente sunt efectuate lucrări de iluminare a drumurilor de pe teritoriul bazei, de schimbare a pavajului şi a nisipului de pe plajă.
„În condiţiile în care este prevăzută deschiderea în apropiere a unei alte zone de agrement similare acesteia, suntem stimulaţi să punem un accent şi mai mare pe dezvoltare”, afirmă primarul din Vadul lui Vodă.
„De aceea optăm pentru schimbarea statutului juridic a întregului oraş, ca acesta să fie numit oraş balnear, mai spune primarul. Acest lucru este posibil cu atât mai mult că avem şi două sanatorii cu ape curative pe teritoriul bazei şi anume “Bucuria” şi “Speranţa”. Un oraş balnear nu există deocamdată în Moldova, iar un asemenea statut ne-ar permite să obţinem investiţii mult mai mari de la bugetul de stat şi nu de la cel municipal”.
